Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

General Policies
Box Office opens 1 hour prior to show time. Seating begins 1/2 hour before showtime.

Concessions are available for purchase; popcorn, candy, soda, and water.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Royal Theatre). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
